In a sense we’re all flying through space in a spiraling path at a ridiculous speed (did you know we’re only 4 billion years away from the Milky Way colliding with Andromeda?), but for this 3D challenge we put our reference point on Earth and let your imagination run free! The Space challenge invited designers from all over the world to submit space-themed designs in low and high poly categories.

We had a huge turnout with models of planets, asteroids, aliens, rockets, satellites, space stations and everything in between, and and our panel of judges had a great time picking the winners!

Low poly category winners

The 4 Spaceship Set by triplebrick dominated in the low poly category, taking home a full finalToon version for a year from Cebas Visual Technology, a Quixel Suite 2 Freelancer license, a 6-month Megascans Freelancer license and 250 points from Quixel, $250 rendering credits at FOX RenderFarm and an individual license for GrowFX from Exlevel.
